It's time you stop feeling guilty for taking care of yourself.

I get it. You feel torn between choosing to finish the work project, spend time with your partner, do the dishes or exercising. You have been programmed through culture and societal norms to choose everything else above yourself. 

You have been told that work comes first. You want more balance in your life.

You have felt the toll working 50-60+ hours a week takes on your relationships.

You want to feel accomplished, but feel like there is always more you haven't done.

You start noticing the effects these things are having on your body. You are irritable. You might have gained weight. You haven't done a workout in a while. You find yourself picking up takeout frequently or fast food. You start to not feel as confident.

Here's the thing, you don't have to continue to feel this way. There is a world where your needs make it on the to-do-list and your 'me time' is a priority. You can take control of your routine again. You can feel confident again. You can feel less stressed. I am telling you this because I have been there. I was chronically stressed, so much so that it would give me a rash. I felt like I needed to hold myself together for everyone else, and the result was my health and needs getting pushed further and further off of the list of priorities. 

So let's talk about how we can do this together.

I know you have tried other things; cleanses, diets, workout plans, and nothing has stuck. You want to start choosing yourself first, consistently, and feel a sense of accomplishment and balance. You might say "okay, this sounds great, but how?"

 

We will work through my 3-Month, Master Your 'Me Time' Program.

1. Take away guilt. We will work through strategies to stop feeling guilty for taking time for yourself.

2. Build a balanced routine through taking a deep dive into your current routine and how you would like it to be different.

3. Create a sense of accomplishment. In the final month, we will work on how to prioritize what is most important to you, establish a schedule that reflects that.

Throughout this coaching partnership, I will provide support, resources and guidance to help you start living a life where you feel the way YOU want to feel on YOUR own terms. I'm not talking strict diets, extreme workouts and a no-fun zone, I'm talking living a life where at the end of the day, you feel good and you don't feel guilty, stressed or burned out doing it!
