I felt like I needed to hold myself together for everyone else, and the result was my health and needs getting pushed further and further off of the list of priorities.

We will work through my 3-Month Health Coaching Program.
1. Assess your current health situation and envision your ideal picture of health. What that looks like, how it feels, how it's different than the current situation you are in.
2. Narrow in on a specific area of focus and create goals and action steps that align with those goals.
3. Hold you accountable to your action plan and learn strategies to re-focus if things get off track.
Throughout this coaching partnership, I will provide support, resources and guidance to help you start living a life where you feel the way YOU want to feel on YOUR own terms. I'm not talking strict diets, extreme workouts and a no-fun zone. I'm talking living a life where you are more in control of sustaining healthy habits that make your body feel better. That make your life better.
