About the Event

Have you ever started working on a goal and lost momentum, or fell like you fell off the wagon and couldn’t find a place to get back on?

Consistency Queens is a four week online wellness program in which we will work together to start chipping away at what challenges you most in reaching your goals and start building consistency into your life, with your health in mind.

Each week will focus on staying consistent around a specific health habit. This program is different from other New Years wellness programs because it is designed to help you build and sustain healthy habits.

It’s not about jumping on to the bandwagon of a new wellness fad, but making a commitment to yourself to start showing up consistently everyday when it comes to being active, eating healthy finding happiness and managing your stress.

As part of this program, you will have access to:

  • One 20-minute coaching session with me
  • Guide on how to create a meal plan
  • Exercise plans & suggestions
  • Private Facebook group
  • Weekly Positive Affirmation Themes
  • Weekly group coaching session (will be recorded for those who can’t attend live)
