Part 2: Wednesday, December 15th - 6:00 - 8:00PM

Part 3: Wednesday, January 12th - 6:30 - 7:30PM

*You can register for them individually or grab the 3-series bundle by clicking on the registration link provided. Each of the events individually are $20. If you register for all 3, you get $10 off!

Part 1 will take a deeper dive into how to recognize stress. During this first webinar you will also receive a stress less guidebook that contains nutritional recommendations to combat stress, reflections and prompts geared towards helping you troubleshoot and identify your stress as well as other resources.

Part 2 will be such a fun part of the series because we will be taking this series into the kitchen! You will be able to cook and enjoy a healthy holiday meal (and cocktail if you choose) while having the ability to gain insight into ways to incorporate healthier meals into your holiday hustle and bustle. At the end of part 2, you will receive recipe ideas, have a mini holiday meal plan and also be equipped with more self-compassion during this season when it comes to your nutrition.

Part 3 will round out the series and focus on how you can sustain this momentum you've got into the new year. Frequently, what we see happen is you feel like you've fallen off the wagon during the holiday season and you create these big, bold new years resolutions. So big and bold that you are fearful of failing so you sometimes don't even take the first step towards reaching that goal you've set. Part 3 will uncover how to continue implementing healthy lifestyle recommendations long term and how to prepare for the unexpected. At the end of the series, you will receive a resource list that you can add to your toolkit surrounding food, stress, exercise and mindset.

This 3-part series is geared to be informative, discussion based and most of all, a safe, fun space for you to feel more like yourself, so you can enjoy yourself, during this holiday season and beyond.

Can't wait to see you there!
