Tis the Season to Stress less is a 3-part series on how to effectively manage your stress, have fun in the kitchen and sustain momentum into the new year.
Part 2 will be such a fun part of the series because we will be taking this series into the kitchen! You will be able to cook and enjoy a healthy holiday meal (and cocktail if you choose) while having the ability to gain insight into ways to incorporate healthier meals into your holiday hustle and bustle. At the end of part 2, you will receive recipe ideas, have a mini holiday meal plan and also be equipped with more self-compassion during this season when it comes to your nutrition.
