Tis the Season to Stress less is a 3-part series on how to effectively manage your stress, have fun in the kitchen and sustain momentum into the new year. 

Part 3 will round out the series and focus on how you can sustain this momentum you've got into the new year. Frequently, what we see happen is you feel like you've fallen off the wagon during the holiday season and you create these big, bold new years resolutions. So big and bold that you are fearful of failing so you sometimes don't even take the first step to get started. During part 3, you will uncover how to continue implementing healthy lifestyle recommendations long term and how to prepare for the unexpected. At the end of the series, you will receive a resource list that you can add to your toolkit surrounding food, stress, exercise and mindset. 

This 3-part series is geared to be informative, discussion based and most of all, a safe, fun space for you to feel more like yourself, so you can enjoy yourself, during this holiday season and beyond.
